Ive been super busy (last year of my degree) but managed to go to the market today because i really need to get back on the fruit and veg. I know ive been missing out on greens so i just had a green smoothie and decided to make spinach homous (not raw because of cooked chickpeas) with just a dribble of tahini to keep it low fat for getting through my celery.
